Matai Coaching will not charge any fee for your access request.

In order to protect your Personal Information we will require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.   • The Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website and mindset coaching clients.

  • You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions when using this website or engaging in mindset coaching services from Alex Morton.

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary and notification of any changes will be made by the updating of the Terms & Conditions on this website. By using this website, you agree to the current Terms & Conditions as they stand at the time you use the website.

Services & Fees

Mataicoaching.com sells a mindset coaching programme. You may view and access the website free of charge, and book a free discovery call via this site; however, in order to access the full mindset coaching programme, you will need to purchase a mindset coaching package. The fees payable in respect to the mindset coaching programme are visible on the website.

Coaching Sessions

By booking coaching sessions through this website, you agree to attend the scheduled appointment at the time confirmed. Every endeavour will be made to reschedule existing appointments should you email alex@mataicoaching.com with at least 24 Hours notice of original appointment time. Failure to email alex@mataicoaching.com with at least 24 Hours notice of the original appointment will result in no reschedule being available.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

No refunds or cancellations for change of mind apply to coaching services purchased through this website.

This policy does not infringe on your legal consumer rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Registration

We require certain personal information to be gathered from you should you sign up to our mailing list or purchase services, including – but not limited to – your name, email address, postal address, and payment details. Any personal information provided to us will be handled as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Licence

By engaging in mindset coaching services purchased through this website, you will be granted for your own personal use only, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access recordings of coaching sessions between you and Alex Morton, and additional materials shared within these coaching sessions.

You are not permitted to share any part of the recordings or additional materials from the coaching sessions with any other individuals. Alex Morton, Matai Coaching, and this website retain the sole owner of the coaching session recordings, and no rights, titles, or interest shall be transferred to you.

All information presented, shared, and taught by Alexander Matai Morton on this website, associated social media accounts, and within coaching programmes is based on his lived experience and is not intended to replace the services of a qualified health professional and should not be relied on for health advice.
